It utilizes a federated security model with role-based security for controling user permissions. An administrator defines roles for each user, according to their job task, such as construction developer, contractor, deal administrator, or analyst. User functionality can be limited to varying levels, such as administrative access, the ability to add points to a map, or the ability to generate reports.
