Introducing the New TAS Support Center

We’ve been busy making some big changes to the TAS Support Center over the last few months and we’re excited for all TAS users to start taking advantage of the new experience.

The new support center features a modern and intuitive design and user experience, and dramatically improved organization of help articles and product documentation so you can get answers quickly.

Searching in the TAS Support Center has also been improved. While typing search keywords, you will receive automatically suggested articles that you can click on and immediately view.

 

The new support center is also optimized for mobile devices of all sizes, allowing easier access to the TAS Support Center while on the go.

 

Each TAS product features its own dedicated section with community section, so it’s never been easier to get started on TAS tools, view tutorial videos, contribute ideas, start discussions with other TAS users, and submit new feature requests quickly and easily.

 

 

You’ll also notice that product documentation has been formatted for a much better viewing experience, with the ability to quickly see additional links to support articles related to the one you’re viewing. Support documentation never stops, so we welcome you to offer up suggestions for improving the documentation processes for all TAS products.

 

 

These are just a few of the new improvements that we hope will let you get answers more quickly so you can stay productive in TAS. We invite you to dive in and let us know what you think. We’re always ready to make tweaks to make your experience better.
